Our story
From three learners in Mpape to a national movement
Registered in 2025, GCDIM’s service began in 2016/2017 as the Brain Spark Tutors Initiative, offering free adult literacy classes in Mpape, Abuja. In 2017 it started with just three learners.
Watching adults who could not read learn to write and speak English felt like a miracle only the God of all languages could make. That conviction gave us our name.

Amb. Oguche Victor Fedoje is a humanitarian, digital evangelist, certified African Union Agenda 2063 Ambassador and industrial scientist. He founded the adult literacy initiative that became GCDIM and leads as Chief Executive Servant, dedicated to poverty alleviation and human capacity building.
